Tom Bruttell
One of Set Sail’s founders, Tom has over 50 years of experience working in home and kitchen remodeling in South Florida. Though recently retired from active ministry, Tom also served as a priest and later Executive Assistant to the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Southeast Florida. Now a licensed Realtor, no one better exemplifies Set Sail’s mission of service than Tom.
Flynn LaVrar Jr.
One of Set Sail’s founders, Flynn is a licensed attorney with a background in both finance and real estate. Flynn grew up working in and helping manage a family-owned glass and window installation company before becoming an attorney. A member of Set Sail’s leadership team, he still likes to work with his hands from time to time when the project calls for some extra help.
Susan LaVrar
Susan is Set Sail’s office manager and keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly. She has a gift for recognizing the real-world struggles that people bring to real estate transactions. Equipped with a passion for customer service, Susan has a keen sense for the solutions that help folks the most.
Flynn LaVrar III
The newest addition to the team, Flynn leverages his diverse work experience in government, business, and education to contribute a unique perspective to every situation. His ability to analyze people’s needs through multiple lenses helps make Set Sail the well-rounded problem-solving company that has helped so many in our community.
